1. Acceptance
By using Steep, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. The Service
Steep is a personal tool to help you pause before buying. It does not process payments, hold funds, or make purchases on your behalf. It is not financial advice.
3. Your Data
You own your data. Steep stores everything locally on your device. We have no access to your wish items, prices, or any content you add. If you delete the app, your data is gone — there is no cloud backup unless you explicitly enable it in a future version.
4. No Warranty
Steep is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions you make or money you spend. The 72-hour rule is a suggestion, not a guarantee.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kibele Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Steep.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
