By downloading and using the Tansio app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Medical Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

This App is not a medical device and does not substitute for professional medical advice. Measurement results are for informational purposes only. If you have concerns about your health or feel you are in an emergency, consult a doctor immediately. Do not change your medication based on App data.

3. Subscriptions (Tansio Premium)

Tansio Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered in weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.

Prices are shown in the App in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically and you are charged the same amount unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Tips

Optional "tip" purchases (tea, coffee, meal) are one-time, consumable purchases. They do not unlock any premium features and are non-refundable.

5. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the source code is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and cannot be held liable for damages arising from data loss or misuse.
