By using Varanti, you agree to the following terms. They're not long or complicated — in short: use the app honestly and don't harm others.

Purpose of the App

Varanti allows you to track warranty information for your products for personal use. The app may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Account & Access

The app works with iCloud. You are responsible for the security of your iCloud account and device. We recommend not sharing your account with others.

User Content

All data you enter (product information, photos, notes) belongs to you. Varanti makes no claim on this data. It is the user's responsibility not to enter false or misleading content.

Limitation of Liability

Varanti is a helper tool for warranty tracking. Official warranty documents and manufacturer terms for your products always apply. Varanti cannot be held responsible for actions taken based on information within the app.

The notification system depends on device conditions; Varanti is not responsible for missed notifications.

Updates

The app may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering the app
• Using the app to distribute malware
• Entering other people's personal data without consent
• Redistributing the app at commercial scale

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction for any disputes.
